“Presidents day”
President’s day is George Washington’s Birthday. The purpose of president’s day is to honor George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Also this day is also is sometimes understood as a celebration of the birthdays and lives of all U.S. presidents. This holiday is celebrated every third Monday on February. Some things to do in order to show honor and respect are making food that the presidents liked. Some foods were cherry pies, any fruit pies, fish, gingerbread men, cornbread, and bacon with eggs.

Student success statement
“Right is right only when entire.”
Victor Hugo

Reflection: This is true because now in that truth there is a lie so it’s not a truth any more. this is a good quote because a lie can never be a truth ever. once a lie comes in the truth the whole thing gets contaminated and it all turns to a lie. for example if something in a refrigerator is moldy then that mold will spread to everything and all the food that was good turns moldy. just like when you add a lie to the truth then all the goodness of that truth turns into a lie and that is bad.

Student success statement
“In life as in football, you won't go far unless you know where the goalposts are”
Arnold H. Glasgow

Reflection: This is very true because if you don't have goals in life then what are you going to do. For example if there is a match between two soccer teams how is either team going to win without their goals if they have no goals then what’s the point of the game. All that is going to happen is people running around and going crazy not knowing what to do. A game of soccer needs their goals because if they don't have goals then they can’t score and win the game. Goals are necessary in life so make some goals and accomplish them. Without goals you are going to be a lost sheep without something to guide it.

Basketball

James Naismith was the inventor of basketball. Basketball was invented in Springfield, Massachusetts in the year of 1891. Basketball was invented because the head of Springfield YMCA told James that within 14 days he must create an indoor game that was an athletic distraction. Also he had rules to this which were it couldn’t take up much room, it also had to keep the track athletes in shape, it had to be fair to all players, and couldn't be too ruff. The game was simply in the beginning and had little to no rules. The difference from now and back then was that now there are much more rules and the way the baskets and playing field is set.

Most programs include 3 years of classroom, laboratory, and clinical work.
