Student success statement
“Many think that the short term gain will be worth the long term pain, but it isn't. In addition, using steroids is cheating, and there is nothing worse in sports than a cheater. Don’t do it.”
George Mitchell

Reflection: This is very true. I believe that if you cheat then you are not getting the satisfaction that a true winner is getting. You get to win but it’s just not the same. It is better to win honestly than to win by cheating and there is nothing truer about this. For example if you someone gives you half of your favorite cookie it’s not the same as getting a full cookie that is your favorite. In this example the favorite cookie is steroids and half the cookie is you using steroids and winning. Then the full cookie represents you winning the race without cheating. You get more satisfactory when you win without cheating than when you win with cheating.

“I won’t cheat”
Dale Murphy

Reflection: No matter how bad a person wants to win they should never cheat. When you win by cheating you are not really winning. When you get the feeling of winning honestly is better than the feeling of winning by being dishonest. It feels better to be honest that to cheat. People should not cheat.
