Reflection: I believe this counseling does not help people at all in any way. For the reason that it just gets into a person’s mind and erases every memory that is causing pain. This is bad because it doesn’t help it does the opposite because when say you got out of a bad marriage you go to this type of therapy it then it erases everything that is hurting you. What if that person comes back then you won’t be able to remember them they would just be a stranger. Then what are you going to do. You need your ups and downs in your life. Without them you are practically dead. Your life is like a heart monitor without the ups and downs and those memories of those ups and downs then you are dead.
