Duties and responsibilities: the
job of a Health Science Librarian consists of searching and providing the appropriate
books containing the correct medical information the person is looking for. These
workers can be found in various places such as informational centers, medical
schools, pharmaceutical companies, health libraries, and others. Although the
name suggest they work mainly with books. They also need to work with computers
and searching on them. They do this to get the best possible information. They are
also responsible for the organization of books. This is important because then
it makes it easier to access any book very easily. They can also provide you
with tapes, pamphlets, slideshows, websites, journals, and even multimedia
presentations.
Salary: $52,000-116,000
Education: this job requires a lot of
education and I will tell you some of them now. You will need to be a high
school graduate with a diploma. Also you your high school classes have to
include science, typing, and biology. Another education requirement would be a bachelor’s
degree which would be a for year college. Two of you courses you would have to
take in college are science and computer science.

Reflection: I feel like I wouldn't enjoy
this job. I wouldn't go into this career because I want to be a culinary artist
and it’s far from a health science librarian. This wouldn't be the ideal job
for me. Also I wouldn't want to work in a library.
