The Six Pillars of Character

The six pillars of character consist of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. The first on which is blue trustworthiness means to not steal, lie, or cheat. In this pillar you must be reliable and honest. For example if someone is counting on you to bring a baseball to the game in order to play have the first pillar of character trustworthiness. The second pillar of character is yellow respect this means to not threaten, hit, or hurt anyone. In this pillar you must treat others with respect and acceptance. For example always follow the golden rule treat others the way you want to be treated. The third pillar of character is green responsibility this means to always be having self-control, make good actions, and plan ahead. For example of you are going to a party always plan what time you are getting there, what you are and are not going to do, and plan what time are you leaving. The fourth pillar of character is orange fairness this means to never take advantage of others and don’t blame them for what they didn’t do. In this pillar you must play by the rules, be opened minded, and listen to others. The fifth pillar of character is red caring this means to always help people, be kind, and forgive others. The sixth and final pillar is purple citizenship this means to always obey the rules and laws, get involved in your community, and stay informed. I believe that the six pillars of character should always be followed and respected. Also that people should read more about the six pillars of character so that they can better the person who they already are.
