STAND ALONE!!!
“Dare to stand alone.”
Thomas S. Monson

Reflection: This is a very strong and true quote. What this is basically telling you is that you should stand for what is right and what you believe in even if it means standing alone. I couldn't put this any better words because I follow this as well I stand for what I want and believe in even if it means that I have to stand alone. I would like to dare anyone and everyone to do the same because if everyone starts doing this then we would have less violence and rimes. For the reason that everyone would choose the right and not the wrong.
Nursing Home Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities: The Nursing Home Administrator Program (NHAP) is governed by the Health and Safety Code Sections 1416 through 1416.84 and must assure that the health, safety, security, and rights of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) residents are safeguarded by setting standards for licensing of Nursing Home Administrators (NHAs), administering a training program for NHAs, testing and issuing licenses, and administering an enforcement program for disciplinary action against NHAs.
Salary: $80-206-$122,853. The minimum wage is $99,566.
Education: Being a nursing home administrator requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. However, most nursing home administrators have master's degrees in long-term care administration, health services administration, public health or business administration. Professional degrees in healthcare management are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME). The organization's website lists qualifying programs by state. A typical program may result in a Master of Science in Health Administration degree. Courses may focus on business skills, such as leadership, marketing, operations management, organizational behavior and financial affairs as they relate to healthcare. Students also learn about health law, healthcare information systems and medical statistics.

Reflection: I wouldn't like to be in this job field because it is not the right thing for me. I believe that this is very boring and I wouldn't want to sit on a desk all day while taking calls. Also to would like to study for something else that wouldn't have me sit in a desk with office. I do like to help the elderly and take care of them but not in this way because her you really don’t get much action. All you do is take calls and make sure everyone has a room and they are comfortable.

Forgiveness
Prisoner: Eric Smallridge
Girls: Megan and Lisa
Megan’s Mother: Renee

In this video we saw forgiveness and how strong it could be. This guy named Eric went to jail for over the limit drunk driving and killing two girls named Megan and Lisa. The judge gave him 20 years in prison and Renee the mother of Megan and Lisa thought this was fair and justice had been served. The thing that surprised everyone was the forgiveness in this that happened. Renee was interviewed and asked why she did this. What Renee did was very good she sent a letter to the judge to release Eric because she forgives him. She told the interviewers that she did this because she couldn’t live in peace while not forgiving him and holding a grudge. She knew she did the right and thing and Eric was released from jail early. He did not spend 20 years in jail. Eric thanked her with all his heart and promises that he will never drink again. He now goes to random schools and encourages them to never drink alcohol. This teaches us a lesson and that lesson it to always forgive. The lesson was not to ever drink alcohol. This lesson is to shows us to never hold a grudge against anyone because then you will not live your life in peace. You need to let everything go and forgive so you have a brighter future and let go of the past and make your future the best one there is.
Student success statement
“When a deep injury is done us, we never recover until we forgive.”
Alan Paton
Forgive: to stop feeling angry or resentful toward someone for and offense, flaw, or mistake

Reflection: This is very true because what he is trying to say is to not hold a grudge. When you hold a grudge then you don’t live your life in peace. The reason for this is because all you think about is this problem that you have and how you will never forgive them. Also how you will try to keep it out of your life because of how bad it is and how you hate it and will never forgive that person. In reality you are not forgetting anything or anyone because you still think about it every day because it haunts you and all you can do is think about that grudge. The only way you will be able to free yourself from this is if you forgive.
Navy
Duties and Responsibilities: for me as a female, in the navy there is no discrimination and everything and everyone is equal. Sailors work on passenger ships, freighters, and tanker ships. A sailor navigates sea-going vessels and assists with the maintenance, operation, and service of these vessels. The term sailor was derived from the fact that all water-borne vessels were once powered by sails. Now the term encompasses all types of vessels, no matter how they are powered. Today, sailors may work for the military or private companies in all aspects of marine employment. A sailor is responsible for the water-borne vessel as a whole. Whether they are navigating, on the deck crew, or in maintenance, their responsibilities can vary. During the docking procedure or before departure, they are responsible for examining and securing the mooring lines. They are also responsible for the general cleaning of the decks and the routine maintenance. They must be well-versed in fire safety and firefighting methods. They are often called upon to perform duties that utilize welding and carpentry skills. During the sailing expedition, they are responsible for navigating and watching while at sea. They must follow all orders given to them by their captain on duty. As they gain more experience, their responsibilities will increase. Most eventually learn all of the aspects of sailing and vessel maintenance and operation
Salary: full time pay for a sailor depends on the amount of years you have been in the navy. Basically this ranges from $1,546.80-$2,580.60.This also depends on your ranking.
Education: to join the navy you really don’t need any education. Only the basics of it like you three schools elementary, middle, and high school. You would have to accomplish all of these.

Reflection: this is I believe the only job I would like to really do besides becoming a culinary artist. I would really like to be a part of the navy and serve and protect my country.
